Product Introduction

Laser cleaning is a new technology based on the interaction between laser and material, capable of removing surface contaminants and deposits. Compared with traditional cleaning methods, laser cleaning has the advantages of non contact operation, no damage to the substrate, precise  cleaning,  environmentally friendly  ("green"), and online operation. It is especially suitable forhigh-speed online cleaning in designated areas.

It is easy to install, operate, and automate.The operation is simple: connect the power, turn on the device, and cleaning can be performed without chemical reagents, media, dust, or water. The device can clean curved surfaces with high cleanliness, removing resins, paints, oils,stains, dirt, rust, coatings, plating, and oxides from the object surface. Its applications cover a wide range of industries, including ship building, automotive repair, rubber molds, high-end machinery, railways, and environmental protection.

Our company has passed the ISO 9001 international quality management system certification, establishing a quality assurance system for the design, production, and service of medium and low-power  laser  processing  equipment.

Detailed standards are formulated for working environment, conditions, basic technical requirements, cooling  requirements, laser radiation safety, electrical safety,testing methods, inspection, acceptance, and packaging & transportation.Referenced national standards include:
